If you're looking to feel better in your body, empty your head, calm nerves and anxiety, my well-rounded classes will bring you the best of what yoga has to offer. Even if you have never stepped foot onto a yoga mat.
Yoga is a holistic practice that aims to bring all aspects of our lives and experience as a human being into harmony.
While a big part of a class is the practice of postures, there are also important elements of breathwork and meditation weaved into it. My aim is to create a safe space to give you time to reconnect to yourself, to strengthen the body-mind connection, and get relief from the stress and anxieties of modern life.
So be aware that if you're just looking for some gentle exercise or stretching, or want to learn to stand on your head so you can show off at the gym, my classes simply aren't for you. But if all the above sounds good to you, then come along with an open mind and it might just change your life!
Local small group yoga classes and workshops, ranging from Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Kids and Family yoga, and workshops for more profound healing.
See the timetable below to view the class schedule and booking.

Maybe you're ready, and you just want all the details before you book!
Yes! I lay the foundations, with loads of options to adapt to your level. My moto: “Meet your edge and breathe through it”. Once you’ve been practicing yoga for a while, it will be time to tackle progressions!
I mostly teach Hatha yoga, which is a traditional style mixing strength, balance, and flexibility postures with breathwork and relaxation/meditation. These classes are well-rounded, whether you are looking to relieve body aches and pains, gain more strength and flexibility, or are looking to relieve stress and anxiety.
I also teach Yin and Restorative yoga which are slow and gentle, focusing on softening connective tissue and calming the nervous system. And I'm a kids and family yoga teacher too!
Wednesdays 6.30pm at Strathleven House, Vale of Leven Industrial Estate, Dumbarton, G82 3PD.
Fridays 9.30am at Clan Wellness studio, 17 Helen way, Strathleven, Bonhill, G83 9PJ.
I also host regular workshops. See all details in the timetable!
I teach private classes on request during the day, and tend to reserve these to women and for family yoga with children with special needs. A private session costs £45. Get in touch if you would like to discuss private tuition!

You'll need at a minimum a yoga mat. I recommend also having a block or two, and a strap (optional).
Stretchy and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Note that you’ll be spending quite some time bent over, so a loose top will ride up and might reveal bits you don't want to and cover your face!
You can also bring a cosy top if you wish to cover up for relaxation/meditation at the end of the class. No shoes or socks as yoga is practiced bare feet. This is for grip, grounding, and using all the muscles in the feet we don’t use enough!
Please note:
You can only book a class for yourself. This is for health and safety purposes as I need all the details for each students at registration.
There is a 24h cancellation policy in place, which means that you'll lose your class credit if you cancel within 24h of your class.
